(Second Picture with the air balloons)
ReplyDeleteOne reason why I chose this picture, was because of all the colors printed and seen in the photo. Colors are what defines life. It's actually what gives us life. Colors create emotions that makes us who are based on our personality. Without colors, we don't have emotions. Without colors, we don't have LIFE....
i have always wanted to ride a hot air balloon, but i am afraid of heights. hopefully that i get over it one day so that i can try it out and get over my fear.
DeleteI would one day like to visit the statue of liberty. with that in mind I would write about
ReplyDeleteNew York, the Statue of Liberty, why it was made, what purpose it served, why it is a monument with such a vast history to this day.
A beautiful bridge that gets us from one end to the other. I will like to visit one day, but i am currently under the weather. The lights shine so bright, they reflect on the beautiful water. Buildings so high, and bright. This is a beautiful city to see at night.
ReplyDeleteI never rode in a hot air balloon, one because I am afraid of heights and two I am scared of drifting away. I guess you can say that when I am offered a chance to ride in a hot air balloon, you can count me out!
ReplyDeleteThe postcard with the cherry blossoms remind me of the time I went to Japan many years ago when I was just a little girl. I remember trying to jump so high just to reach them on the branches of the large trees. Struggling just to reach one, I remember my grandpa reaching up and picking one off the branch and giving it to me. I thought they were the most beautiful things ever. I even remember wishing I could plant a huge one in my grandmas garden. So by looking at pictures of cherry blossoms, it always holds that dear memory of my experience being in Japan with my grandparents that one Spring long ago.
ReplyDeleteI love cherry blossoms too! Japan holds many memories for me as well. Odaiba, Tokyo Japan is my hometown and I love seeing cherry blossoms there, especially the autumn trees.

When I go there I want to start my own business. I want to open up a restaurant of my own. Hopefully I will do well in school and graduate on time.
ReplyDeleteThe Aztec stone calendar is notable for drawing out many questions of the past. It has been the a controversial piece of history comparable to the pyramids and Stonehenge which brings about the remarkable capabilities of the people of ancient past. This calendar is evidence of the Aztec expertise in astronomy. It makes you wonder why where the Aztecs were so fascinated by the stars. Well let me tell you this, how come we never get to be able to appreciate the stars. Perhaps, we the street lights and and the night life draws your concerns of what goes on the surface. Perhaps, we are spending our time at home entertaining ourselves with late-night television or Internet streaming. Aztec night was totally different from ours. All they had were torches to walk about and the stars and the moon as there form of light. They didn't have television, but rather the light show that they admire among friends, families, and even gods. Like many ancient cultures, the stars were studied upon and deeply incorporated in their religions, education, and lifestyles. So when you take the time to look at the stars in the sky, they are not just lights in the skies. They are part of the historical and cultural factors that gave have molded history in many ways.
ReplyDeleteI chose the White house because I have always wanted to visit a historical monument and it is also something that belongs to the previous and present president(s). It is very interesting about what they do within that place.
